The representations generated by sudden momentum in crisis conditions, the power of the residual forms of culture struggling to be rescued at all costs, and the emerging forms all together generate an environment which is fluid, volatile and conducive to experimentation. The shackles of the traditional dominant ideology relax and society is radicalized, possessed by a strong desire for change.
